Hypnotherapy UPLIFT would like to have a far reach, in being available for potential hypnotherapy clients, no matter your financial situation or where you based in the world and this is why I want to keep cost of sessions to a minimum and offer Google MEET (online) hypnotherapy sessions, as well as sessions within my local hypnotherapy venues.  

 

It is a privilege to be able to promote the incredible effectiveness and life changing ability of hypnotherapy.  Although hypnotherapists must be skilled and experienced therapists, it is actually the clients themselves and their incredible sub-conscious mind and commitment to seek and try hypnotherapy, that ensures successful outcomes occur, for clients who require important changes in their everyday life.

About Me

I believe that people don’t need fixing — they need understanding, space,

and the right support to rise again.

I’m Chris, the founder of Hypnotherapy Uplift, and my work is centred

around helping people feel lighter, calmer, and more in control of their thoughts,

emotions, and wellbeing. Most people who come to see me aren’t broken.

They’re simply carrying too much — stress, anxiety, poor sleep, habits, pain,

self-doubt, or old patterns that no longer serve them.

Hypnotherapy became a passion for me because it offers something many people are searching for: change without pressure. A calm, supportive way to work with the mind rather than battling against it. When the mind feels safe, change can happen naturally.

My approach is gentle, grounded, and client-centred. There’s no force, no judgement, and no need to relive everything again unless it’s helpful. Instead, we focus on helping your mind settle, soften, and reconnect with its natural ability to regulate, heal, and move forward.

Each session is tailored to you. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, sleep difficulties, habits, confidence issues, pain, or something harder to put into words, the aim is always the same — to help you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived, with a clearer sense of direction and renewed inner strength.

The name Uplift reflects the heart of this work. It’s about easing emotional weight, lifting the fog of overthinking, and helping you rise above what’s been holding you back. Not becoming someone new — but returning to yourself, without the heaviness.
